We absolutely loved the breakfast and the service during breakfast. My daughter and I both agreed best hotel breakfast ever!! The front entrance when you walked into the hotel was amazing and beautiful along with the gardens. The outdoor sitting and fountain was a beautiful touch! My daughter and I loved walking around the grounds. Great customer service and staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here when we visit around Christmas!
We enjoyed our visit, the owners were friendly, and it had a good breakfast bar. It's being remodeled, but there wasn't a lot of noise while we were there. Nothing is beautiful in the winter, but the scenery was still awesome
This was a one night visit. We decided to go to Eureka Springs for the day, and instead of driving back late that evening, we decided to stay the night. Booked it through the app and used some of my points. They are remodeling and seem to be getting it done quickly. We got room 130 with a jaccucci. The jaccucci is old but works just like it's supposed to. Everything in the room worked. Good sized tv. Breakfast was in a different building, and it was good. The staff were very friendly. Very glad we stayed here it turned out to be a really great stay. We will be back.
Nice hotel with gardens and a fountain in the back. Our room was nice. The breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, veggie quiche ( really good) no meat during the week. If you have issues with steps I would call and inquire! The breakfast room is in a different building and down a long flight of steps. I didn't see an elevator. The only thing I wish they would have had was chairs outside the rooms so you could sit outside without going to the pool area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.
Stayed here at this place a couple of times, but last time was a scam. Rooms are outdated, thought nothing of it on my first stay. But on this trip I was looking for a plug use a lot of electronics, The hotel had so much stuff plugged into a power surge behind TV I looked it was dirty and overloaded. They advertise buffet style breakfast was not true. You go in no food the guy says he can cook you some egg. You better like waffles, toast or cereal, After returning home this place is high priced, my bad for not shopping around. They are not busy so you should be able to get a room for a good price. They had less than 15 cars on there lot.
