Quality Inn Janesville

I wish all hotels were as great as this one. Nice and friendly staff. Low prices for great rooms. Military discount. I really loved the shower. The bathtub was textured so you won't slip around and there is a bar to hold on to so you don't slip getting in and out of the tub. The bed was very comfortable. I did not like the pillows because they were too soft but that is my only complaint. I was very impressed. It was clean and quiet and I enjoyed staying there.

Parking was kind of a pain, we ended up going into the Kia lot instead of their parking lot but it was also 1 am lol, I still think it could have been lit a little better though. Rooms were decent, love that they are pet friendly at only $20/pet and were super accommodating as to our request of having a room near the exit door :) The cleaning staff even said hello as I passed in the morning so that was nice

Had a great experience here!😃 great staff, super clean rooms, all the amenities that you could ask for here. Free breakfast and also fitness room. AND AFFORDABLE💲🥰 i would recommend this to ANYONE.

If I could take stars into the negitive I could. We got a room here while traveling back from MoA. We explained to the night person we were handicapped. We were not given a handicap room. We had a very difficult time getting ready to leave the next day. Front desk calling telling us to get out. Cleaning crew banging on the door telling us to get out! I opened the door told gentelman at the door we appoligize we are trying to get going having hard time takes longer when not handicap assess. He said he could care less not his problem we need to go. ( at this point it was 11am just then check out time) i told him not my problem we were not given handicapped room. THIS POINT i went got the car we were not asked if we needed help loading even though they were so wanting us out of there. I got car loaded as best i could got sister to the car we were gone by 1125 am. Called asked for names the girl who answered phone refused. I am vip platnium level with priceline. I told them they should drop this hotel. Someone posted it was 1 when we finally left. They were lying. We checked the clock as we were leaving.

This morning my iPhone 15 went missing and when I proceeded to call the police it so happened to reappear in the garbage can right next to the staff's office when I proceeded to confront the staff on duty dad told me that their manager no longer wanted to except our service and no longer wanted to extend our stay when I confronted the staff and ask for the manager's number and they proceeded to tell me they couldn't give it out and there was no reason behind him not extending our stay.. so it just happens to seems that one of them had stolen our phone and when I confronted them about it they got scared and now no longer will extend our stay. Yesterday when we returned from lunch I noticed that there was Brandi's room with a pink substance when I asked if it was right for my child to be around they said that they were spraying for normal reasons which made me question them and as I watched them they were spraying only around the beds what scared me cuz I have a younger child with me
