Quality Inn Lake Elsinore I-15

NEVER USE THIS HOTEL‼️ Not only did they give me a room with a broken microwave and toilet, then refused to move me when I brought it up. But they kicked me out for the bathtub being dirty calling the mess “damage” even though I took a picture of the tub spotless and showed it to them. When they noticed they were wrong they penalized my deposit because another person who checked in two weeks prior had stained the blankets and I had happened to be visiting that persons room. They did this even though the room wasn’t checked out under my name or debit card. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

These guys are a rip off. Checked in with a previous booking of $82.50 which included tax and fees. Was charge $94.88 instead. They had $100 deposit which is fine however I was charged $115. When confronted about the inconsistences I was assured the deposit would drop off and I signed the receipt for $82.50 and yet was charged a different amount. The clerk must not had thought I was going to question the charges right within a few minutes of checking in. Shady! Watch when you charge your card at this place. The room itself was nice and clean. The location was perfect for where I needed to be. I won't be returning to this place. Will have to prepay for the Hotel across the street.

This is a horrible hotel. The managers have no flexibility with their customers and illegitimate charging policies. Be careful here, they might scam you by giving you a room with amenities that don’t work and then charging you a deposit penalty not for something being damaged, but for something being dirty. Even though they have room service to clean it👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Honestly I'm probably being too nice, with the overall stars. The best thing I can say about the location is I have family close by. 1st night staying I go to make tea from home, the coffee pot had a old used coffee pod in it. I went downstairs to get a new 1 and ask for a extra blanket. The older lady with a Bob ruddddde looked me in the eyes with a straight face an told me they don't use new ones they clean them out... (bull they are disposable) she also said there was 0 extra blankets an I would have to wait for housekeeping. I repeated everything she said to me an after hearing it a 3rd time she fumbled around ooooo here goes 1(new tray for coffee machine) and I'll look but the blanket won't be the same. I waited an she returned with a blanket. The door was locked an I had been talking to her through the window up until then. WAIT after the pool I realize I was giving 1 roll of tissue an 1 set of towels for a 2 queen room. Id LIKE to mention the younger guy not the bald 1....when I asked for pool towels he was kind enough to bring me 2.... two days in a row... Thanks NOW. I go to the pool and call to front desk to bring towels... the older lady with the Bob says I need to come in to get towel. No problem I get out the pool walk in office wait in line for her to tell me they do NOT have pool towels.... JESUSSSSSS THEy HAVE a towel box at the pool but NO POOL TOWELS. Beds were fine. TV was okay. water doesn't get hot quick. No roaches lol or bed bugs is a plus. NO LATE CHECK OUT HERE. OMG I FORGOT About the bottles of alcohol I keep finding by my car. Smh it's been new bottles in the parking lot NEXT TO MY CAR SINCE I been here. I haven't seen any weird activity.... oooo the casino is across the street and food is amazing and so is their customer service

Will never go again. I paid the deposit, got my lousy,dirty, smoked in room, And wouldn't return my deposit. Asked for manager with no response Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
