Want to give a quick shout out to the folks running this Quality Inn, especially Ryan, the gentleman that checked us in late Saturday afternoon. Me and my two kids came up for a couple days of snow play, and their first time skiing, and this was the perfect place. Cookies and a game board in the lobby; a big spa that wasn't too hot for the kids; excellent continental breakfast with do-it-yourself waffles; and a nicely stocked mini-market by the front desk. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a good size mini-fridge (separate freezer compartment!) and a microwave. Thanks for the great stay!
Super convenient location. Shuttle stop outside! Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Free coffee, tea and cookies all day. Water pressure in shower can be dodgy sometimes. But that goes for most Mammoth hotels.
WOW!!! I stay at a lot of hotels and I've stayed here twice now. What very nice place. Both times have been wonderful. Noya( sorry if I butchered your name) was very attentive. Had some issues with the room but as it turned out it was my fault and he never treated me with disrespect. The breakfast was amazing this morning.
Uncomfortable spring mattresses. An unwashed blanket sandwiched by two sheets that are not secured together. Random hairs found on sheets and pillowcases. Cracking and discolored walls. Wall heater did not work. Freezer door did not shut. TV remote could not turn on/off the TV.
Second time here for snowboarding and definitely would come back again! The manager who assisted us 11/19/24 was excellent, amazing and very nice. Comfortable beddings, good breakfast and close to the mountain at a very reasonable cost.
