Quality Inn

I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. The staff's professionalism is severely lacking, particularly the front desk attendant, Jasmine, who demonstrated a complete lack of competence in handling a minor booking issue. Unfortunately, the situation escalated unnecessarily, leading to us being trespassed from the property despite having already paid for a room. After attempting to resolve the matter, we made the decision that it was not in our best interest to stay at a hotel with such a hostile and unprofessional front desk representative. We requested a refund, which was denied, even after law enforcement was called. Additionally, the owner, Mo, has been impossible to contact, and I continue to be given vague responses regarding when he will be available. I highly recommend doing thorough research and considering other accommodations.

If I could give a zero I would!! DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! Nothing works , toilet had crap in it when we got in the room. ROACH was on the night stand!!! Coffee maker didn’t work!! Room was dirty. No TP!! Owner didn’t care at all!!!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!! Your response to my review is very condescending and gaslighting!! You LIE!! If you truly cared about these issues we GAVE THE OWNER EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH US!! He was RUDE!! and didn’t make any effort to help rectify these issues. The city health inspector needs to receive a call as well as the building inspector and customer service at choice hotels to remove this hotel from their service!

This is barely a 1 star hotel. Let's start with check in. I was confirmed on booking.com for a double room. What I got was a king bed with an armchair. I was told that they were full and was not responsible for what Expedia said I would get, a double room. I was 😡. Then the room was not very clean, good thing I travel with my own cleaning products. The TV didn't work, I called front desk and was told someone would pass by to look at the TV....I am still waiting. At 1:30am there was loud banging and arguing smh. The breakfast was less than appetizing not much of a selection at all. For the price I paid, it was not worth it. The main picture they have is misleading. There are a lot of people just hanging out around the property, I didn't feel safe. I would not recommend this hotel for any extended stay, maybe one night if you are really desperate. Ohh, I asked the lady serving the breakfast for ice and she didn't understand what I was asking her. If I could give -0 stars I would. Stay here at your own risk, you are fore warned. They need to do a whole lot better than this especially when their prices are not cheap. Never again will I stay at this location. I really don't like leaving negative reviews but this was a nightmare from the start. So you responded to me regarding my stay. Please see my pictures. I booked through booking.com not Expedia. Furthermore, I expected to beds with the bare minimum a bed and a sleeper sofa. Also not mentioned the room was not clean, blonde hair was all over the bathroom floor and the walls were dirty. Not to forget, the room smelled like old wet clothes. Your attempt at gaslighted me in your response falls short of an acceptable apology of the lack of cleanliness at your location. Try again, never.

I had the king with Whirlpool room. It had a nice impression at first until I noticed NO refrigerator or microwave?? The price is way too high not to have these items! The mattress was terrible I tossed and turned all night. I really thought for the price that it would be an upgrade from motel 6. On a positive note, the tub was awesome! All jets worked. Nice relaxing bath. Only made for one though 😟😪

Check in was at 3. Myself, my partner, and 2 kids arrive at 3:30 and are eager to check in after driving two days for a family funeral. They let us know the room will not be ready for another 45 minutes. Okay whatever maybe they’re short staffed. We waited over an hour to be safe and when we finally get to the room… it’s the most overwhelming smell of mold and chlorine and the air is palpable. At closer inspection the beds, the chairs, basically every surface, especially fabric, is stained with clear microbial growth. My partner and I both work in housing and have seen/smelled some horrors but this was beyond unacceptable. When we bring it up to staff they say it’s due to drywall work in other units, completely missing the point that chlorine doesn’t smell unless it’s reacting to something i.e. MOLD. We were offered no remedy or solution forcing us to find another room last minute, luckily twice as large, 1000x nicer and for just $20 more than we paid for that pos excuse of a room at Quality Inn.
