I have stayed at this hotel twice and I think it is a nice place. The price is pretty reasonable. The rooms are very clean. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the toilet is very tiny and it feels like a child's potty chair instead of a full size toilet. It is very hard for someone with bad knees to get up and down on it. Other than that everything was perfect.
I only stayed for one night for work, but I was pleased with my experience. The front desk employee was above and beyond friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. I had no issues with noise, which is a big deal for me. Everything was clean, but the hallway had an almost clinical smell like they were maybe too clean. This is a good choice if you're in the area and need a comfortable place to stay for a good price.
A wonderful place to stay at in Franklin, NC. The ladies who work the front desk are amazing, friendly, and great to talk to about anything you need. I definitely will stay here every time I am in Franklin. Thank you ladies for everything you did for me.
I was given a room that had a horrible stench of bleach. I was later told they had to evict the last people from the room that had been there for about a month. They actually gave me a can of Febreze to help ease the odor. I found wads of long black hair throughout the room that had not been cleaned.
Worst hotel with lots of bugs roaming inside the room. I switched atleast 3 rooms and finally settled with last one with no other choice. Front desk was polite in switching rooms. Below average breakfast. Close to near by restaurants. Probably will never visit again.
