We had a great experience here! Check-in was a breeze and we were treated exceptionally well by the guy at the front desk. He was both friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was an added bonus, with a nice dining area. We would definitely choose to stay here again...a good value! It is minutes from the Ark Encounter and about 35 minutes to the Creation Museum.
We do not recommend this hotel. Our shower head was crazy and sprayed everywhere, shower curtain was cloth so water went right through it. After a shower the floor would have puddles of water. Management said this is the standard shower head and curtain, that we just needed to turn the shower toward the back wall while using it. Then you have just the spray that bounces off the wall. Breakfast brown bananas, waffle maker doesn’t cook waffles all the way through, sausage was still cool, eggs good. Guest washer and dryer I dried 3 pair of jeans for an hour and 30 min. They were still damp. (Next hotel Comfort Inn Knoxville has good clothes dryer.) Beds uncomfortable, floors filthy, sticky spots on carpet. Staff came off as being rude, would talk to people across the room at the breakfast, trying to tell them how to make waffles instead of getting up and helping them.
This hotel needs a little updating and TLC, but it is a great place to stay. Check-in was a breeze, everything was clean, and the staff were all awesome.
The staff was excellent very helpful the room was very nice the shower was fantastic shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the shower was way better the the little bottles the bed was very comfortable breakfast was good the eggs where the highlight
The staff was inviting from the moment I checked in and went out of their way to make our trip effortless to enjoy. Breakfast was good and were not rushed to meet a breakfast time deadline like most are understanding parents with kids and staying up late sight seeing. They are not only centrally located to area attractions they also have a Big Boy diner right next door what a blessing! Highly recommend Quality inn A+
