Awful service from this Quality Inn.The correct amount for my stay of 7 nights for a total of $1094 was charged but 3 days before this charge they charged me $308 for an unknown reason. When I called I was unable to reach a manager and was told a manager would look into the situation and give me a call the following day. I never received a call the following day so I call in and was told the manager was looking into the situation but were gone home for the day and that they would call me tomorrow. Once again the next day I never heard from anyone on the situation. It has been a week now and I have called 3 times and was unable to talk to a manager each time and they will not contact me. A few of my other colleagues that were staying there at the same time had extra unknown charges from this Quality Inn also. This Inn still has my $308 and has given me no information on what the change is for.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I checked in late at night, after a long drive. The bed smelled disgusting, and the sheets were wrinkled, so I slept in my clothes and on the towels. In the morning, I checked the dirty bed and found A LOT of fresh blood clots and blood splatters on the sheets, clearly the bed had not been changed from the previous guests. I was totally horrified. I went to the front desk, showed them the photos, emailed the hotel the photos, trying to be polite about a totally gross experience. The hotel also had the opportunity to check the bed themselves. I have called twice, reached out to Quality Inn Canada customer service, and filed an online complaint. I would strongly recommend NOT staying at this hotel, as not changing bedding is truly a HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERN and the hotel manager is unwilling to address this matter. PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT POSTING THE PHOTOS HERE ARE THEY ARE TOO REVOLTING/GRAPHIC.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Very little to no daily housekeeping service and when we requested it the manager in charge was very rude. Also left a belonging behind that was sentimental and when I asked if they could send it back to me at my expense for the shipping they never helped in anyway. The only thing this place has going for them is the restaurant food is great, and the location is next to the mall. Very disappointed as the “quality” certainly wasn’t there.

Very dusty and curtains have holes in them. Love the location, and it was pretty quiet. Very nice view from the room. Hotel needs a major refresh and exit doors on both ends.

Rooms were cozy and clean. Fantastic restaurant on site. Will be back forsure.
