A month away and we had to change a reservation for my brothers family. “Sorry. It’s non-refundable.” What? We’re not cancelling. We’re changing the date to the following week. There are rooms available but no refund for you! I guess we don’t use Quality Inn in the future.
Great value. Feels safe. The beds are super comfy. Breakfast included. Free parking. The staff are friendly. It can be a bit loud as sound carries a bit and the space is a little tired in spots but overall I keep going back for the comfy bed.
Front desk concierge are amazing and helpful. The continental breakfast was very simple, pancakes were great. Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows.
Came into town for a funeral, this hotel was nearby and a good price. Everything felt very clean, I was able to check into my room 2 hours early which was very nice of them. Room was quiet and I slept very well before flying home at 6am. I booked a jacuzzi room and the tub was a very nice way to relax before bed.
We had a king room with fireplace and jacuzzi. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The fireplace was nice. Only used the jacuzzi as a soaker tub, which was wonderful after a long day. The hotel is older but has had some renovation. We were on the main floor. Could definitely here the people above us. Breakfast was the usual, which for us was fine. The staff here is very nice! We would stay here again.
