Quality Inn

Staying here was not planned. We pulled off the highway because of blizzard and road conditions. We were so grateful this hotel was open and accommodating in the middle of the night. The rooms were clean, and at an excellent price. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area- the beds and pillows were great! The most impressionable thing to us was how genuinely friendly the staff was. Support businesses like this who actually care about providing good service!

Stopped at this hotel, where it was easy access to the highway. Was greeted by a friendly front desk worker. He gave us a great rate for the one night. Everyone we encounter was very nice. The room and the other hand had some issues I did not report them because we were tired from driving and just wanted to go to bed. First issue was the toilet seat was not attached. We may do. There was a stain on the top blanket of one of the beds. One bed was clean the other bed looked like the sheets had not been washed. There was hair on the sheets. The shower was not draining. You were standing in water while bathing. The dryer was an electrical and fire hazard. It should be thrown out. I left a note for housekeeping this could be a very nice hotel if housekeeping did a better job.

We stopped here due to bad road conditions and weren't expecting much but the staff was incredibly kind and friendly and the hotel was immaculate. It has not been refurbished/redecorated recently which initially made me wary but everything was in good repair and clearly well cared for. Breakfast was well stocked and again very clean.

All good. Arrived late. Quick Check in. Close to highway and affordable rates. Breakfast was real basic but for the price, I expect that and I'm happier to buy a real breakfast at a good diner anyway. All good

Literally nothing nearby is open past 8 or 9pm so good luck finding food (unless you specifically want 1 of the 10 items in their old vending machine that takes quarters only). Night managers are rude af. At best they treat you like an annoyance and at worst they hold your room hostage and refuse to work the problem out with you. One of the managers tried to charge us $10 more than the rate it gave online, then called and scolded us for extending the stay online instead of through them directly. They tried to charge my card without aurhorization despite having multiple interactions when they could have asked. The room was dirty which is ironic because despite extending our stay 2 times in 3 days, housekeeping was banging on the door at 1055 every morning. No coffee cups in the room. Showers have hot water for about 4 minutes and something is wrong with the plumbing so they sound like a tea kettle going off the entire time you run the shower. For some idiot reason the room door and bathroom door open into each other, which would be less of a problem if the bathroom door were installed correctly. Instead, it's almost impossible to pull the bathroom door closed and it bangs into the room door every time you open it. Management park their broken down van in the entry/turnaround overnight which makes it next to impossible to use. I could go on for days about what a sketchy and piss poor operation this place is, but the bottom line is AVOID AVOID AVOID! Stay literally *ANYWHERE* else
