Quality Inn

I stay at this location during the week as I drive an over the road car hauler. I recently lost my wallet during my stay. I contacted the manager early the next morning and they went above and beyond searching the grounds looking for it.they kept me on the phone and was able to find my wallet laying in the grass. I was unable to get by there for another week. They held my wallet in a safe until I was able to get there. I am so grateful for their professionalism and honesty of the staff as all my contents and cash was still in it. Thanks to everyone on staff for all your help.

This hotel was exactly what I expected of a Quality Inn in a town with a population of less than 1000. It's an older hotel which has been refurbished. The reception area, along with the breakfast area was very clean. The ladies at the desk were personable and efficient. Thanks to Destiny, the housekeeper, the linens and fixtures in the room were clean, and it was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. It was also supplied with coffee, tea, and cups. Breakfast was also what I expected, with coffee, tea, and several juices. Yogurt, muffins, fruit, and cereal were also available. The waffle maker was a pleasant surprise. As an added bonus, there is an amazing restaurant adjacent to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Sketchy Sketchy and more Sketchy first of all when my coworker called about 2 rooms for the night the female was rude to her on the phone but because we have stayed at so many quality inns across the country and we are both high rewards members we thought we would try it out and they took our CLC cards. However when I went to check into the hotel I was informed that I had to give them a $100 deposit for incidentals. I told the man at the front desk that normally I'm not asked for a deposit and because of my past experiences with other hotels not returning my deposit I'm not putting another deposit on my card he in turn called someone else and they demanded the deposit. I told him to cancel the room and left. Then things got really interesting when we went to the Days Inn down the street the guy there had no problem checking me in until he got a phone call from the quality inn telling him I had pets that I wasn't telling them about. Wtf I haven't had a pet in years and won't have one when I'm on the road all the time. After talking to our male coworkers that have stayed at these hotels in the past we found out that they weren't asked for a deposit or treated like that. So women beware I will definitely not be going anywhere near either of these hotels again. We ended up staying 20 miles away and having to come back the next morning to get the rig from the truckstop

Well they need to change the pillows they are too small and very hard and uncomfortable, could not sleep woke up several times during the night due to the pillow discomfort got up with headache and stiff neck. Bring your own pillows. Room door was hard to open the door handle was very hard to handle. Sink was clogged, slow drainage.

Great location. Great restaurant less than 100 yards from the entrance of the hotel. Tons of open parking for large vehicles/semis. Friendly staff. My particular room was very out of date but based off of a few other reviews that I read and the equipment on site it appears that they’re in the process of renovating the property.
