I stayed here with my three small children while traveling to visit family in December, the off-season. I have stayed in hotels that charge twice the rate and would choose this over those any day! The rooms were large, the pool and spa were impressive. The breakfast was great. It's a little rough around the edges cosmetically, but for what you pay, it's a phenomenal value. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the night watchman, Steve. Our room was cleaned from top to bottom after the first night when we just asked for clean towels! We will definitely stay again.

The location is the only thing that makes this hotel somewhat worth the price. The positive reviews are unbelievable after staying there. I have never stayed at a hotel with such a rotten awful smell, I was genuinely concerned
Customer service was great and so was the hot tub. We stayed in a king size handicap accessible room. The bathroom is nice sized and the sink was handicap accessible but the shower really wasn’t. One of the shower heads was broken, the tub was small, the water pressure was not great, and the bench was rough and difficult. The bed was not comfortable and gave us both back and hip pain.
Loved the room actually. Bed and pillows was a great sleep, spacious room, and very clean. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker all great. Large windows for great light in the AM, even though there was no special view to speak of. The room was well decorated and not cluttered. Continental breakfast was typical, nothing special, but fair.
