No flexibility or empathy from staff, we had a sudden funeral come up and they aren't open to canceling a one-night hotel stay well over a week in advance. Their parent company, Choice Hotels, scams people with their "pre-paid rates" so that they have a reason to say "no refunds" so they can squeeze a few hundred bucks out of each person who passes through their location. Stay away from this Quality Inn or any other hotel under Choice Hotels, they're awful.

The motel is in the middle of being renovated is clean and updated. The frontdesk staff workinon3/3/25 was clearly inconvenienced by our check in. Sorry to bother you.a real shame considering everything else was good. We didn’t stick around fort the continental breakfast.

I have stayed here before. The service desk is very helpful and friendly. The rooms have been remodeled and look nice. Bathrooms have some pretty cool showers and mirrors. The beds were decent with 4 pillows per bed. The outside could use some work, Quiet location next to the Hot Springs. Just have to remember the smells are from the Sulphur coming out of the springs. Smells like rotten eggs when you are outside, but in the rooms did not notice the smell to bad.

Buyer beware. Hard to believe this meets Quality Inn standards. Claims of renovation are suspect. Room was dark and poorly furnished. Bathroom was sketchy. Very outdated and not recommended unless nothing else is available.

This place has been under renovation for years, yet no progress appears to have been made since 2017! The pool has been closed since 2018, so don't let the picture of it fool you. Rooms are decent, but desperately need to be renovated, as well as the entire place overall. Friendly and helpful front desk ladies.
