Quality Inn Prescott

I don't travel all that much but when I do I like to have a clean and quiet Place to Chill And this hotel was that and quite a bit more. My particular room was in great shape.Bathroom was flawless. And the staff was friendly And efficient efficient. It was A great value and I will most definitely be back here every time I come visit my son at school.

This is the second dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. We unfortunately just felt unclean the entire stay. We had to initially switch rooms due to smell and the floors were sticky. The sheets were stained even after we asked for new ones; they said we got the last ones because so many people were requesting new bedding. The shower had tons of other people's hair in it, the walls and headboard were gross. This could be a nice place and location is good. The staff were mostly nice and I don't want to trash anyone there, but I felt like I needed to shower the moment I got home.

I’d like to start by saying the staff were very friendly. Our issue was with the room (s) We had to move rooms then switch hotels completely. The first room was room 130. It is one of the rooms they use for pet visitors. We did not request one of these rooms. The urine smell was awful. Along with the bathroom being filthy and the AC not working. They were accommodating and switched our room to room 230. This room did not have the animal smell but was very dirty! The bathroom has updated fixtures but unfortunately has not been maintained. The shower walls had other people hair and the drain did not work. We had to stand in at least two inches of water during our shower. There was mold above the shower and they had turned the shower curtain around to cover the dirt instead of replacing or just washing it. The carpet in the room was sticky. We couldn’t take off our shoes. This could be a nice place if the cleaning was maintained. You can see where they spray the bathroom walls and don’t follow through with wiping down. We will not be staying here anymore.

I didn't get the guys name who checked us in but he was so nice and made my daughter and I feel very welcome. Staff like that make a place 5/5 because you rarely get service like that. Enjoyed our stay and slept soooo good.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and had a terrible experience. The service was poor, and while the room was just okay, the real issue was with housekeeping. They stole a very expensive pair of my wife’s $650 shoes from our room. When I confronted the front desk, housekeeping, and the manager, they all lied and claimed that we told them to throw the shoes away, which we never did. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable. Be aware that further action will be taken. Liars and thieves work here.
