The room was clean. The night checkin gal was polite and helpful - she got me the room that I needed. Bed not as uncomfortable as a lot of hotels. Room had everything ready. Quick on & off the freeway but didn't notice any outdoor noise. Basically it was exactly what a motel should be. Not the RitzCarlton just a good, decent, clean bed & shower.
They don't wash their comforter and bedsheets. I was given a room with a dirty paw print comforter. They told me that they can change the room. They showed me two different rooms and both rooms their comforter was dirty. Ideally, they should be ready with another clean room. I had already complained in the morning that the fridge was also not clean n had leftover food from a previous guest. They didn't even clean that. They offered me a $30 credit per day which I am still waiting for.
Heidi was amazing helping me and making check in easy. She also helped me to find other Quality Inns for my journey. Great customer service.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. There was no remote to the tv when we got in the room, called the front desk and they brought one and said I don’t know if it will work, but it is the only one I found so good luck. It didn’t work and when we called the desk again they didn’t answer. Found the right remote behind the dresser/cabinet. Went to make coffee and the coffee filters from the previous renter was still in there-Gross!!
The property is nice. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and cozy. i have not complaints whatsoever.
