Overcharged for too many broken things. Fridge didn’t really work, nor did many outlets in the room. There was rust in the shower, and the lampshade was very broken. Also, stains on the wall that looked like blood. Wasn’t super clean. Oh and the pool chair are completely broken (your butt fall through). I would NEVER stay here again.
The staff at the front desk and the breakfast crew were so nice, friendly and helpful. Especially the gal that checked us in. She gave us some good tips on the area and it was most helpful!! We will definitely stay here again. It was affordable, clean and comfy!!
Room was one step away from a horror movie. Sheets smelled and pillowcase had a boot print on it. Showerhead was crusted over in water grime and could only get mildly warm. Needless to say I skipped showering that morning. Curtains had holes in them and there was food(?) splatters all over the wall by the bathroom sink. One of the drawers had small bugs in the back corner. I will not be returning here and advise others to see other accommodations.
I booked three rooms for a family visit for the weekend in St George, Utah This hotel is located in Washington, Utah. We checked in 40 minutes past check-in time. Two of the three rooms were not ready. Once into the rooms, the lighting was very dim, and the carpets were stained. My dad found a couple of dead earwigs in his bed. On the second night, we went to get ready for bed and found two live cockroaches in our bathroom. Needless to say, we left and went home. I couldn't get past that. We told the desk clerk and was told she would let the manager know. We have not heard anything from them. We will not stay there again.
Outdated but overall pleasant. Near food and main Street. It was on the higher end of prices per night $220. The breakfast was really good and laundry facilities on site.
