Unbeatable value at its price point. What some others that have left reviews fail to realize is that the fact that the hotel hasn't been through numerous brand changes and required frequently renovations is a testament to the staff that maintain it day to day. I travel frequently and stay in hotels and I can assure you that you will not find accommodations at this price that are going to be half as nice. The lady that checked me in was friendly and courteous and oriented me with what options were available locally. The room was clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable, and the room was in good serviceable condition. Having 2 doors to the room was really helpful also. Did I find it to be outdated? Not really because nothing that seemed dated was in bad condition. Just because something is a few years old doesn't mean it doesn't serve its purpose. The ONLY thing I can find to complain about is the hot & cold on the sink and tub seemed to be backwards.
This place is a great option if you're just looking for a reasonable rate on a clean place to sleep. Staff is very nice and room was clean with fresh sheets. If you have a pet the door that opens to the courtyard from your room is SO convenient. Great hotel for pet owners. Having said all of that the place is really showing it's age. If you are looking for a high end place with modern decor and amenities. This isn't it. But that doesn't mean this place doesn't have value. This place delivers the basics in a friendly no frills package.
The guy in the front desk with a heavy smell of body odor and grease stains was extremely rude and patronizing guest calling inappropriate and unprofessional names and yelling while guest being polite and shocked by his behavior. It was so inappropriate and disturbing I ended up canceling my reservation, from many factors including the heavy urine smell, smoke smell, mold smell, filth and stains from poor cleaning and bugs, but I honestly wasn't surprised, if they hire such an incompetent person to represent the hotel in the front, the rest can’t be too good either. I was able to cancel immediately too, no questions asked. Priceline must be aware or it must be an ongoing issue here. Overall, outdated, filthy, and smelly. No wonder the hotel was empty.
Rooms are clean and comfortable even though this is an older property. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast didn't have much variety but was still a good value considering the low price I paid.
Needed a new hotel since the last one didn't work out so I came here the place is nice the front desk man was very helpful and let me check in when I got there the breakfast was really good different things the rooms are clean it's a really nice hotel will definitely come back
