Quality Inn South Lake Tahoe

Room was clean but old. The bed was comfy. Location is great and minutes away from the casinos and town. I wish we got the name of the young man that checked us in Thanksgiving evening around 6-8pm. He was so pleasant and helpful even though he said he was very new to the company. He brought us a wine opener at the outdoor hot tub and offered extra towels as well. He is definitely an asset to the company!

Well, I have a disabled granddaughter. We had reserved two rooms this hotel has one parking for handicap. They have a hotels across the street. I would say 30 and then the one that we stayed in about 21 handicap parking we were unable to park by our room, the parking lot was full so we went in to ask about parking. We were told that this is the busiest season to suck it up and find a place I had to push a wheelchair across the street to my room in freezing cold at Southlake Tahoe and then we went to have our breakfast. They serve breakfast for both sides of the street. The room was so crowded back to back was ridiculous. I could not push her through the crowd. I will never go back to this hotel again.

We have been staying here for a few times because it's a Choice hotel and have had good experience w/ the hotels we stayed at before. Sometimes we stay across the street where the rooms are bigger most of the time in the same building where the office is but the rooms are smaller and barely have room in the shower. They serve free breakfast which is nice but today, they were doing construction at 8 a.m breaking up yhe concrete and I could not sleep or get some rest because of the loud noise. I asked for a different room but the lady said they were booked but I've seen lots of empty parking . This will probably our last time staying here. I will not spend another getaway with no rest and no consideration fr the front desk personnel.

This place, for the price, was generally fine except for a couple of things. First, the sink wouldn’t drain without physically reaching in to lift the plug. Second, there were stains on the towels when we checked in. Everything else seemed clean enough and the AC worked well. Location was great for us. If they can fix those issues, I would feel much more comfortable recommending this hotel.

All things 5* Very clean and cozy number! Not any smells! Service and breakfast very good! I will recommend this hotel to my friends)) large and comfortable beach 4 min. This hotel is convenient for those traveling without a car. I recommend taking a taxi from the airport and back. shuttles are late and travel very slowly. You may miss your flight P.S. photo In the hotel advertisement where is you can see is stones on the beach, not really!!! the beach has only sand!!
