Quality Inn & Suites Big Rapids near University

Stayed big Rapids quality inn. The morning guy was very rude to me. Didn't believe me that I clean my room before I leave. Proved with trash bags. He said I didn't have any trash bags. This gentleman needs to go back hotel school. He should not work with public. I want a apology!! I deserve that at least! He is hiding behind his so called manager. Kept saying my manager will be here later. All bs. Do not stay here because your not allowed to bring food or drinks to your room you pay for! Seriously! This guys rules. Why do you have ice for ice water? But you can't have any drinks in your room! Seriously This guy doesn't need to work with the public!

The room that I got was pretty pretty nice!!!! The guy who checked me in was welcoming respectful and he helped me out!!! Setting up a rewards and everything!!!! Much thanks DEVIN from the front desk!!! Made the transaction pretty smooth

We stayed last night and it was very nice. We had a room with 2 queen beds. The mattresses were so comfortable. What brand are they? The room was large and clean. Breakfast was nice too. I recommend this place.

Told me (a disabled vet) I couldn’t sleep in my pre paid for room without paying a deposit on my service dog (yes I know that illegal) turning me and my 71 yr old mother on the streets 10 days before Christmas wasting my time, my dime and ruining my first chance at a family Christmas in way to long and didn’t even give me a refund! Bottom line- if you love your family, your pets, America, your time or your money stay far far away from this place!
