Quality Inn & Suites Lodi I-90

It's okay.. For the price I guess you can't expect much, but usually Quality Inns have a bit more focus on quality. The staff were nice, parking is easy & the common areas look good. The room itself could use some updates & additional cleaning. The mattress was also quite thin & hard.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. This time around I was so disappointed from the time of arrival up until check out. I felt like the man @ the front desk racially profiled me & my family the whole time we were there. Me & my family stayed here 4 nights. Upon arrival i was told they were short on house keeping so i would have to come & get my own towels. My entire stay house keeping never even came to see if we needed our trash taking out even though i seen them going & cleaning other rooms on our floor. The second day i needed to wash my hair & it was no conditioner, i didn’t understand how it was no conditioner in the room when i had just checked in that’s something that should be checked & changed while prepping my room for me to check in but it’s okay no problem.. So now it’s the second day & we need more towels so we go to the front desk like we were prompted to & now when we get towels we have to bring our dirty ones to the front desk as well which i thought was strange because the hotel was pretty empty.. at least our floor was so I now not only do we have to go get clean towels from the front i have to do the job of housekeeping & walk my dirty towels to the front desk to get more towels.. 3 days in & again i still am seeing housekeeping on my floor at least once everyday & they still haven't came to even check on us, take some of our trash, see if we wanted new sheets nothing.. i will NEVER stay @ this place again & i would recommend it to my worst enemy.. I’m not sure if it’s a new company that took over or what because we stayed here 2 years prior & the experience was completely different!

Simply one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Wisconsin. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly. Quite rooms, very clean rooms as well. The pool and hot tub were quaint. Simple yet fulfilling breakfast. I would highly recommend it. 👌

We use this hotel regularly during our ski trip and we love it. This time especially was a great experience thanks to Ankit, who was very helpful, hard working and polite. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Very nice new or fully refurbished property. Easy on and off highway. About 15 minutes from the Richmond Bucee's. Nice recreational facilities. Very complete complementary breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. A great value.
