Quality Inn & Suites

We’ve been staying at this hotel for years and have never had a problem. Breakfast is good - bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles and more. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, especially Jonathan.

We enjoyed a good night stay at this hotel en route to our destination. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and sanitized. It was very quiet while we slept. We will definitely stay here again when we are going to our family's house in Tennessee!

The price for a room is good but the hotel needs a lot more care. Rooms were not dirty but not maintained very well. It was pretty clear the hotel is pet friendly because the furniture in our room was clearly animal damaged. The windows still had dried slobber from the last pet that was there. The dining area for breakfast is too bright and too cold. Food gets cold in seconds if you don't eat it right away. The staff is very friendly but the place needs some attention.

Ok here is my honest review. The hotel when you pull in is not obvious of where to turn and park at to gain access to entrance. The lobby is well decorated however do not be deceived. Always check ratings first before you stay and ask to see the room before you spend your money. When getting off the elevator you can see that the floors are stained. There is not a bad smell but there also is not a good smell either. When you enter the rooms the furniture is worn. Check the beds for black or pinkish/red specs. This is because there was a dead bug hanging on the curtain and then one also in the corner above. I was disgusted and knew I couldn’t bring my 6 month old baby in there. Then there were black specs on the sheets and the arm chair in the corner was peeling. Went to the front desk whose response was that the bugs come in because it’s a warm place…. He changed the room with no push back which was good. I enter the second room and another big bug was sitting in the crease where the ceiling meets the wall. I was mortified and asked for a refund and checked out. Under no circumstances would I recommend this place to anyone and their kids unless they like sleeping with the lights on and heat off as to not attract bugs or have no problem with them. Hotel service is awful. Hotel offers free wifi but cuts out every 30 mins at most. My room (211) fridge stopped working I asked kindly to get this replaced since I have food inside the fridge. Come back from work to see I haven’t gotten a new/fixed fridge. “maintenance man was supposed to be here” could’ve easily have given me a new room to resolve the issue.
