Let me begin by saying that the woman working the front desk was nice and helpful. The manager allowed us to get refunded with no fuss. Unfortunately that was the only positive part. The hotel is very outdated. Dirty. Walking in the lobby I was immediately concerned but thought we would give it a try. Walked into the room and the lamp had smoke stains/dirt? The floor was dirty. Hair in the sink. We turned around and went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They gave it with no issues so I appreciate that. Good customer service at least. But I wish I wouldn’t have listened to the positive reviews. Thanks again to the staff for being understanding.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room space and bathroom. Very clean, definitely budget friendky. rooms have been updated and painted (looks good) staff are really friendly, indoor pool big for hotel. washing machine and dryer onsite. Waffle house next door. I had never visited this particular hotel before, it was a nice trip. I'd recommend 🙂

We, along with our family dog, had a very peaceful night's rest. Hotel & room were clean & the hot breakfast was a bonus along with the price. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed here the other day and it was great. The employees were nice and welcoming. My kids and I swam in the pool and had fun. The room was very clean. Loved that the bathroom had a fan and the room came with a microwave. It’s very affordable and not as expensive as the hotels near downtown Nashville too!

Nice for the price , could use some cleaning in some spots. Other than that bed was comfortable and room was clean otherwise
