This was a great hotel as we passed through Kerrville! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast all at a reasonable cost! The pool and hot tub looked inviting but we didn’t use it! Lots of parking!
I was very surprised at how Clean our room was. It was very pleasing this time. I just wished the kitchen staff was a little bit more greeting to the guests but overall our stay was beautiful.
Inexpensive, nice lobby. . . and a wonderful guest services person (Sharon!). But . . . .little to no attention paid to maintenance. Surrounding area to walk our two little hunting dogs was littered. . .no COVERED with dog poop, broken glass, trash. The inside of the hotel was sorely in need of maintenance or at least, pride of ownership. Oh yeah. . . the "breakfast" presided over by an ancient woman was t e r r i b l e.
The person checking my friend and I in was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The beds were clean. There’s no elevators. The reason why I'm giving one star is because there was mold on the wall in the shower and my friend said when they used the bathroom at 6am he saw cockroaches scatter. We didn’t go to breakfast, because we checked out as soon as we could after that. Really disappointed especially because we paid over $120 for the room.
Very comfortable bed, excellent service and location. frig, microwave and 46" TV direct TV cable with sports and newsmax, nice sized room, will definitely use this hotel when I return, good price.
