Quality Inn & Suites Sequim at Olympic National Park

We got caught in the cold on our motorcycle and swung into this place last minute. The rooms were decent. They were clean. A little out dated but clean and as good as they could have been for what this hotels owner gives the staff to work with. We had a great breakfast. The food was what you would expect at a hotel and we've got no complaints. As a matter of fact, Id like to applaud two of the employees at this hotel. One of them being Maria, the breakfast attendant. We were sitting down eating and in walks two people without their shoes on. Maria politely and in the most professional manner asked them to please go and put some shoes on because this was hotel policy and that there are food safety protocol that they must follow. Which I agree. I don't want a strangers bsre feet emitting skin and whatever else into the air in a place where I'm eating. Thank you, Maria. Secondly, to Ami. Our motorcycle was dead outside from the cold and she was more than willing to come outside in 28° weather to lend me her jumper cables and car. She was incredibly polite and willing to help. This was an overall good stay. Will stay again.

Great quality for the price! The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean. They had free soup and cookies for quests in the lobby, the breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast, and the desk ladies got us milk for our toddler in the middle of the night!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. An impeccable welcome and perfect customer service. The rooms are very clean (I stay in many hotels and I think this is one of the cleanest I have seen) as well as the common areas. Upon arrival I was offered free soup, cookies, a bottle of water and coffee. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is functional. The wifi connection is efficient. The breakfast offered is also very quantitative and qualitative, a wide choice, egg bacon hashbrown, bagels, muffins, bread, etc... and even two machines for making waffles. I wish all hotels were like this one, I recommend staying there.

Def a usual spot to stay! Super nice lady that prepares the breakfast. They have an AWESOME full-body massage chair here, and pool. Really close to Applebee's and a Taco Time. Close, easy access to highway.

We stayed here one night on our way to Victoria, BC. It was an excellent stop off that offered what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and reminded the kind people I remember from living in the PNW for 20 years. I took off one star simply because the hotel allows pets. I have sever pet induced asthma, and the it is making hotel stays so difficult these days. I will add that unlike EVERY hotel run by Hilton, at least the Quality Inn did not stink like wet dogs throughout.
