Quality Inn Zephyrhills

The ladies at the desk looking all crazy like I would not own a credit card you're not supposed to judge like that. Don't worry about what I look like I have the card to pay for the room and the deposit. And then when room service starts working in the morning they're loud none of them smile or say good morning back to you. They block the hallways with their cards and then when you say excuse me I guess they didn't hear me I don't know but I had to awkwardly squeeze past them. Was made to feel like I was in a jail cell. I was afraid to go get ice. Not very good on the customer service side. This place acts like it's a five star hotel. It's in the middle of Zephyrhills bro. Not a bad side of town but it's not five star hotel. 1 1/2 Max.

Room was “okay”. They are renovating so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Room smelled like heavy smoke. Breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Old fashioned ideas on breakfast-all starch and sugar. Nothing to eat for gluten free or diabetic. Need eggs, zero sugar yogurt, other protein. Need real cream for coffee. Need fruit, juice. Not just old apples. Heavy cigarette smoke in non-smoking room. Bed slept better than it looked. Modernize the place quickly please. Replace 30 year old carpet in rooms.

It's a hotel to rest your head, and right next to golden corral, huge plus. The entire place needs a serious facelift. The ladies at the front desk were pretty cool, no issues there. Free breakfast also, another plus. It's an ideal spot for a one or two night stay.

I appreciate a pet friendly hotel but with a person who has allergies to dogs and cats I would have preferred some kind of ventilation or possibly rooming guests with pets away from travellers who don't. Also the elevator was broken the two days I stayed and granted only a small inconvenience it was still an inconvenience nonetheless. Breakfast was completely lackluster, if that's the least you're willing to do maybe have better options.

There are not many choices in Zepherhills for motels. Therefore, I had to book here and we will not be staying again. Positive: The staff were friendly, and the pool was very nice. The prices are average for the area. Negitive: The floors were dirty. You could tell when you walked on them with bare feet. I used a bath towel to wipe the bathroom floor, and it was black with dirt. The main floor was also dirty in places. One of the night stands had some kind of dirt, food, I don't know, on top and on the handle. Also, they only clean your room every 4 days. So ours room wasn't touched until Wednesday. Our garbage cans were full. We had to take our dirty towls to the desk to get replacements. We checked out 2 days early.
