I can't consider it a 5-star hotel, but the structure was fair and compatible with the price charged. Don't expect luxury or modern rooms, but it's good for sleeping and having breakfast. My suggestion would be to have better pillows. The current ones are too small.
We specifically do free breakfast having kids an they didn't even have enough food there was 1 sausage link an 1 egg patty left an still had 2 hours before breakfast time ended we got locked out at 830am when checkout is 11am an got denied the shower ammendities when asked for them an they are not very polite at desk to help they act like it's an inconvenience to them. Definitely not worth the money or time.
This place was horrible!! The customer service was rude especially the night audit guy!! Had mean words to say under his breath about my son and wife constantly had something smart to say. Gave us blankets with holes In them and refused us keys cause we had three in the room I would not stay here again the beds felt like rocks lumpy and old we didn't Evan pull the covers back just used our own they were gross!! I work at a hotel night audit and I get a pesky customers but we were never there we woke up and left and returned back late at night and constantly got push back for no reason so when we decided we didn't feel welcome there we left and then they refused to refund us for the remaining days we had booked I decided I would leave a review to warn people.i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy stay away!!!! I hope that extra few bucks was worth it I will go out of my way to tell people to stay away from this place!!!!
It a hotel but your bathroom has the same shower as you would find in a campground… minus shower shoes or flip flops. Booked a couple days ago believing the Choice brand of hotel would be decent/clean. When we got into the room, I had a call but my wife just kept starring at me, wanting me to check the bathroom…. What is that smell? The bathroom is dark, dank with mud brown tiles and only a shower stall. When she complained to the manager, he retorted that is what we booked! There was zero description of this! But when checking the reservation it only says accessible… not dark dank moldy tile shower stall, black grout, and water standing on the back….. nasty! Thinking to leave for Vegas now and blow off Zion. Hurricane sucks so bad…. I don’t ever want to stop here again! Yes I had dinner at one of their to rated Mexican places…. I have never had a taco that was made with boiled chicken and iceberg lettuce…. Believe it or not.. I only took two bites, one because I was hungry and another to find the chicken…. Avoid Hurricane Utah…. Oh and suggesting you are in the Zion park area? Does 40 minutes without traffic count as in the area? Even when you are on the Vegas side of Hurricane! RIP OFF hotel run by Scammers!
We were driving through and decided to take a late break instead of driving through the night. We booked a room and all seemed okay until we woke up the next morning. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were ketchup stains on the wall, the carpet was really dirty and there were hairs in the beds. and our shampoo and moisturizer bottles were previously used. Generally just a very disappointing experience with such good reviews previously
