Can't say much about rooms. The store on-site is stocked well. The young lady behind the counter was energetic and polite and has a head full of knowledge about the area and park. Location.... About 3 5 hrs from home. But we would definitely come back

Terrible customer service. Our motor home is having mechanical issues so I called 12 days in advance to cancel our labour weekend booking, ending our travel season. The rude “ manager” was not compassionate, nor accommodating. Kept reading off two week cancellation policy over and over. It would be nice to even been offered half back. Any refund would have been appreciated. Now they have my full payment and will probably rebook those sites again, and double their profits . We spent a weekend there a few months ago, and spent money in their store, and had a meals and drinks at their restaurant near the water. I get policies need to be put in place, but there are times “ life happens” and some consideration for the customer is needed. Will never come back and will never recommend this place in the future!

It's a great place for family activities. It's less rustic now, and there are not really places to go for a walk anymore due to the rapid gentrification of the park. Unfortunately, due to climate change, the pebble beach is covered in razor-sharp shards of shells. The water smells and is green and slimy. Also, although the park is close to the provincial park beach, it's so crowded that you have to book ahead to get access. The swimming pools are nice at Quinte Isle, but they're too crowded to actually get in any swimming unless you go at off-peak times.

Beautiful location, we go annually and the kids love it. This year (2024), our outdoor kitchen was rifled through overnight and drinks were taken…. Lock your compartments overnight - incident was reported, but I don’t think you’d be warned about this by the front desk.

Very nice RV park. Large, well maintained. Lots of property and trails to explore...great views from Pebble Beach. Sites full service of gravel. Big bucks. Over $100 summer and about $85 off season.
