Just off of McKenzie hwy, this soot is amazing. Fairly limited parking but worth a look. The falls has both an observation area below and above the falls. Only a short walk from the parking area the falls are pristine and fre of trash. The most from the falls washes over the lower observation area in the summer and is quite refreshing in the heat. From the top you there is a safe observation desk that practically hangs over the cliff. A very cool spot to see the clear lake drainage. 10/10

A very nice park and campground. The staff was super friendly. The sites are nice but not very private. There is some traffic noise from the road across the river but not bad at all. We didn't swim but looked like a lot of people did, and it looks like a good place to swim. Showers were closed when we were there. Family friendly with a lot of kids running around. I had a peaceful time.

Great stop along the Willapa Hills State Park Trail. Old grown forest trails, waterfall, restrooms, and trashcans. Super quiet on a winter Monday.

Excellent place to stop for a picnic. They have a large day use area with picnic benches and restroom (you can access the restroom without a parking pass). Day use is $10 or your Discovery Pass.

I recently camped there. It’s not really a falls, and there’s no rainbow, but aside from that, it’s a lovely campground. Several of the sites offer privacy, and are relatively quiet. Firewood can be purchased from the camp hosts. The ranger station was not on duty very much during the day. I had to register at the pay station. Lots of trees for shade, walking trails, and a quiet place relax and to poke a fire. Even though there were no concessions or a lake nearby, this location still had lots of charm.
