Nice roomy sites but the clubhouse is closed and so is the pool. They need to get it together and open it up. This is why people stay at these parks. They do have a carport that they are doing games under which is just dumb with a really nice clubhouse closed. Open up the clubhouse!
Beautiful park. The people are super nice, but the clubhouse is permanently closed. That puts a big damper on social activities. And getting to know the other campers and share stories. Really the main reason to stay at such parks. I was hoping to stay longer, but now it just feels isolating. I hope they fix whatever issues they are having to make a more inclusive park experience.
What a beautiful park! We only stayed here for a night but will be back. Super quiet. Hubby said bath house was clean & great water pressure. My only downside was the amount of ants around. Whenever we came outside they would instantly start crawling up our shoes & legs ๐ will probably request a different spot next time.
A nice older RV park (members of Escapees only) with mature live oak trees providing ample shade. Full service with water, electric sewer. The park is clean and well maintained.
๐Beautiful park up until Hurricane Sally. ๐ฅMost of the trees were destroyed. The work campers have really not been up to the task that they were in 2016-18. Most of those who were real handymen, jack of all trades have left. ๐คฌ *. Very strict about keeping pets on a leash. Been yelled at a few times for letting my 2 year old Shih Tzu run to my parents Rv next to mine. ๐ฃ* The pool has been broken. ๐ฃ* WiFi is down with no plans to fix per management. ๐ฃ* You can no longer lease long term without having to move your rig once per year per Livingston. ๐ฃ *. If you are just camping, you can only stay 8 months then are required to leave for four months. ๐ฒ* Rent for lease lots has been wonderful for last 10 years and now the management has decided to double it starting contract renewal, rather than raise incrementally. I Left after living there since 2016. Rainbow ๐ is just not the same park it once was. Many snowbirds have talked about the decline of the park and just stopped coming claiming the park is really not the same anymore. ๐ข
