This is a great campground, don’t let road and mosquito reviews dissuade you. The road in is graded like any other campground road. No potholes. I imagine the mosquito density is seasonally dependent. Otherwise, tons of shade and fresh water, fire rings and bear safe containers. Will definitely book again.

This campground is well kept and clean. They do have hookups for trailer and motorhome. They have different sections for spots to camp. The lots are spacious. The host was so wonderful. It’s nice you can go boating And fishing in the lake right next to the campground. I recommend trying this campsite out. It is beautiful 🥰

Great family campground! We have used this campground as our base for exploring Yellowstone a few trips with our kids (and this last trip with extended family) and it’s great! We have stayed in Loop C with our trailer—it is reasonably priced, lots of tall tree shade cover, electric hookups, very clean and the hosts were helpful. Short walk to the lake for boating, fishing or swimming (early in the season—Algae blooms later in July-Aug prevent that.) Short drive (about 10 miles) from Yellowstone East Entrance…close enough to get there easily and far enough away to have some privacy and get away from the crowds when you are done with the park for the day.

Beautiful location, lots of space at boat ramp. Campgrounds are clean and spacious. Nice place to bring our dog, bathrooms are very clean. The hosts Ron and Hillary were amazing. Gave 4 stars cause the forest road in is TERRIBLE! We broke down on the way I , thank goodness to do many kind people helping us get to our site to still enjoy the area before getting towed out of here. Definetly recommend, just be prepared for some terrible roads going in

Great camp ground and very accommodating. We're from out of state and the camp host was very nice about us needing to switch to a spot that had a power hookup for my partners cpap machine as our big power bank wasn't up to snuff. We are definitely coming back there. Lots of space in each spot, each spot had its own bear box, and it was just all together lovely.

This spot was very quiet with gorgeous lake views. The campground vault toilets were well stocked and cleaned regularly. Short walk to a quiet lake. Lots of bird watching to do. We saw an Osprey hunting for well over an hour. There was a hers of Bison on our way out.

Dusty washboard road to get to the campground. Once in the campground very nice. The lake is beautiful but has algae bloom. Pit toilets were kept very clean. Water spout to fill up camping trailer, located by campground kiosk. Lots of other water spigots are located throughout the campground. I only wish there was a dump station located here. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean quiet campground. There is water that appeared to be potable. There are no showers. There is pit toilets, which were kept very very clean by the host. There are Bear boxes for food at each campsite, that you can lock. The camp host did an amazing job at this campground. Overall I would stay here again.

Clean campground right on the lake. We enjoyed being able to walk to the water and paddle across the lake. Despite being so close to Yellowstone, this campground was quiet, which we loved. Vault toilet was very clean. Bear boxes at every site. 15 minutes to West Yellowstone/YNP entrance.

Sites are really close together and you have to lock up EVERYTHING not just food. Soaps toothpaste toothbrushes etc. Apparently all of this and more will attract the bears. There's also a fine for leaving any of it out. There's a sign that says the water had toxic algae so we weren't able to swim until we talked to the host. they told us the water was fine. I guess they leave the sign up all the time. That sucked. I would've loved to go in the water.
