A fantastic, clean hotel with recently updated rooms that offer great value for the price. It's conveniently located near a variety of dining options, and the breakfast provided is decent. Parking is free, which is a nice bonus. For those visiting Disneyland, Toy Story parking lot is just two blocks away from where a free shuttle will takes you directly to the Disneyland. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended!
We recently stayed here on our most recent Disney trip and loved it. We could tell the room was recently remodeled which was really nice to see. Our door specifically had some big gaps and let in a lot of light but that was likely just our room. They had free breakfast each morning which was very nice especially before a long Disneyland day. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom, while basic, was clean. They have a very basic pool, hot tub, and gym area but they are there which is nice. It's very close to the Anaheim convention center and about a 20-25 minute walk to Disneyland. If you don't want to walk the whole way, you can walk down Harbor towards Disneyland to the Toy Story parking lot and take the buses to the gates which is nice. Overall, really great value for what we got and I'd stay here again.
Excellent location. 2 blocks from Disney. Rooms are great for family of 5. Only issue we had was one night we had kids knocking on hotel doors and running away. But anything from that it was great.
Terrible stay. Our last stay woke up at 7 am to noises in our bathroom went to check our whole bathroom to bedroom flooded , sink top , toilet, all our travel toiletries ruined floor soaked water was dark black , pipe broke through called lobby 5 times for it to be placed on hold until my husband had enough and went down there to discuss why this is happening all they did was send 2 maintenance guys to try to fix the problem while we had to check out within 2 hours they were using our towels to wipe the floor couldn’t get ready comfortable in peace nor shower before leaving didn’t get offered a new room so we can get dressed in peace couldn’t brush our teeth our stuff was all soiled it was poor management, poor offerings no care nothing.
We stayed here for 3 days. The place is very convenient as its a couple blocks away from Disneyland park. Tons of stores and restaurants nearby too. Very convenient location. The room was decent for the price. Their free breakfast buffet was nice too. Will definitely recommend to others. 5-star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
