Super convenient location with restaurants and stores. Bright south facing room with lots of sunlight. I had a great experience staying here for three nights for visiting Acadia NP. The free cookies at the lobby were delicious too

This is in a perfect location for us between Bangor and Bar Harbor. The kitchenette as well as the grocery store next door help save money on the trip as well as allowing for special diets, etc. When we checked in we got a package of maps, coupons, etc, as well as a gift package for the dogs. There’s so much to do there- it was nice being able to have a quiet and comfortable base. Fitness room was in great shape and we got what we needed at breakfast. Coffee and tea available all day.

Definitely used to be a retirement home or something along those lines. The breakfast was decent (really good muffins). The gym sucked as the treadmills did not work and could never get them to work. The A/C was so so and the shower pressure was decent. The laundry was $2 for wash and $2 for dryer with $1.25 for laundry detergent. Right next to a grocery store.

We had the oversized room for a 3 night stay. It gave us, family of 4, plenty of room to hang out when we weren't at Acadia national park. No hot plate/oven in the room but it had a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher. There is only one charcoal grill outside that someone was using every day, so that was inconvenient. But hannafords is walkable next door, as well as, many places to eat (mcdonalds, Chick-fil-A, Helen's). Walmart also near by. Guest laundry ($2), fitness room and indoor pool available. Breakfast is waffles, muffins, bagels, cereals, juice, coffee, heatable sandwiches, but no eggs and bacon, etc. 30 min to Bar Harbor is the trade off for the cost savings, but overall a great stay.

A great location just outside Bar Harbor. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was great! Staff was very helpful.
