Room are clean and comfortable. They removed the carpet and replace by wooden floor. Swimming pool and hot tub are nice , just the hot tub jets are not working. Free Breakfast are good just need to walk out to the restaurant next door. They clean rooms everyday that many hotels don't do that anymore. Overall i am happy stay in this hotel
Was in town for the Taylor Swift concert with friends, after trying to stay at a different hotel that wasn’t that great so we left and called to see if we could still get a last minute room, luckily they had a room available so we were able to stay here. Upon arrival all the staff were super friendly and even phoned the room after we were settled to make sure everything was to our liking, the rooms were super clean and the whole hotel was super quiet. It’s a bit awkward for parking but all in all a great stay will definitely book again
The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately majority of the hotel was being renovated. The completed area of the floor I was on, and throughout, was sooooo poorly done, the paint was a disaster (wall repairs obviously done very poorly and was SUPER visable), and the paint was already peeling. I'm certain that this renovation project was expensive, however, the Ramada project management team chose really poor contractors.
Staff super friendly, location was good. Rooms clean. Only complaint is the traffic noise but not the hotels fault nor a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again.
I was on the 1st floor this time staying at the Ramada. The room, by the exterior door ( it was very difficult to enter with key had to use the conference center entrance) especially was very cold . I really like the Ramada . I was there for a very painful emotionally based stay abd it was quiet and allowed me the ability to write . Thank you
