Ramada Limited Mount Sterling

Yes I would like everyone to know the accommodation we received at Ramada Limited Mt.Sterling. it was 5 🌟 ALL the way. The Manager Heather was very accommodating with everything we were going through. Also the Staff was Wonderful. Morning staff and night staff. ABIG shout out to Beth. WONDERFUL!! We will be back! No question. Also the only place that takes Pets. Very accommodating with them also. Thank you everything. Because we are going to be here a while and it's been a great experience.

For the price,,,nothing to complain about! We got 2 rooms for 2 nights, clean, well kept. Most of all, the staff went above and beyond. I didn't catch the gals name at check in, but afterwards Dalton was very friendly, polite and helpful. Came right up to solve a small problem for me that was me, not the hotel. Thank you!

Great one night stay, on our way back home from NC. visiting our son. With our 🐶 MOOSE. Front desk was new and had some problems with the new system but was gracious with a discount for our inconvenience. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed there 3 hours and checked out. Went Mt Sterling to eat dinner with family my husband is sick and cannot ride for long so we decided to get a room The room was smelly found a black scok in the chair from previous customers. Holes inthe bed spread, toilet was running over. Staff brought a plunger. Left on too In case we needed it. Then my husband fell in the tub nothing in the bottom of tub to keep from slipping. Then laid on bed to watch tv and found bed bug got up and left there was no microwave an old tv cabinet with broken doors in the room it was just a mess. Checked out after 3 Joe’s was charged for 2 nights. Called manager Heather she was very rude. Still working with Ramada to get my money back and my credit card company. Do not stay there.

This is a run down hotel. It is in need of major updating. I won't be staying here again. Came back from being out and some of the staff wouldn't even look up at you let alone talk to you. The staff did not leave a good impression one at all.
