Customer Reviews
Wranglers are nice but the trail rides are way overpriced for what you're getting- walk only and no private groups. $50 for barely an hour is crazy, it used to be $40 for a walk trot ride. You'd be better off going to outrider up in lake ann
They have really ran this place down. Used to come here snowmobiling when I was younger. 15-20 years ago this place was booming. Good food, good service and it showed. Was always busy, usually 100 snowmobiles outside as its right on the trail. Was here on a Saturday afternoon and we were 1 of 3 tables. I thought "why is it so dead here?".... Then we went inside and found out. Now there is no service at all, literally no wait staff. You have to order at the counter. The food is terrible. They only have a few items on the menu and still managed to screw it up. $12 Italian sub was half of a sub, with no lettuce, no tomato, no dressing, no banana peppers, no anything other than ham salami and cheese. For petes sake google how to make an Italian sandwich if your restaurant is going to have it on the menu. I asked for lettuce, tomato, mayo after it came and they didn't even have tomato. Even though their menu is all sandwiches, no tomato... Hot dog for my kid was $8.75.... come on. This place has so much potential and is in a beautiful spot. Theres no reason it shouldn't be successful, what a missed opportunity. I really hope someone can turn it around. I used to really enjoy coming here in the winter, but I wont be back until something drastically changes. Please make Ranch Rudolph great again.
We reserved a wagon hay ride and was not informed there was insufficient seating for everyone. They would not accommodate us with hay bails to sit on and told us we would have to sit on the floor. This would be fine for kids but very uncomfortable for older adults. We opted not to ride, but they would not refund our money, were very rude, and charged our card twice. Make sure to ask a lot of questions before signing up. Customer service really deserves a 0.
We went for a wagon ride as a group of 15. The horses were beautiful and the owner and driver were pleasant to chat with. The wagon was full of hay in the bed, with one bench seat. We didn't stay the night, so we didn't see the rooms.
We had a party of 11 and this horse ranch happily accommodated our group ride. The staff is super passionate about their horses, treating each one as their child. The trails were amazing! Lots of up and down hills, and an exciting river crossing! It was a great experience and I highly recommend.
