We stayed over here over Memorial Day weekend. We had a soccer tournament near by and used this location as a base camp. The managers name is David and he did a great job accommodating for us. You can tell that they are making efforts to improve the place. We didn’t have much interaction with the people that live there but almost as soon as we unhooked the trailer, there were some kids that asked if they could play with ours. I will probably stay here again.

Park is greatly improved with new owners and management. Safer, cleaner and management is very accessible and responsive. Gated entry now as well. Aging infrastructure is being replaced and the dirty water is gone. Water now comes piped in by local water district.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT HIRED ARMED SECURITY THAT ENDED UP SHOOTING AT A RESIDENT NO LONGER HAVE SECURITY BUT MANAGEMENT LIKES TO HARASS GUEST AND WHO EVER WISHES TO ENTER THE "PARK" That THEY NOW Think IS A GATED COMMUNITY WHEN IN REALITY ITS STILL A Trailer PARK AND ITS TRASHY WAYS WILL ALWAYS BE
Great people, but the system was kinda all over the place. Paid my rent every month and apparently it wasn’t coming out of my account, and 4 months later after I already moved out I got charged over $4000 of past rent that I thought I already paid. Nothing against the people but the system could use improvement.
