Natalie! Natalie is a huge blessing to these owners. She is absolutely amazing. I didn't even know what my room would look like and I was already happy. Truly she deserves lots of praise. Now that said, my room was newly remodeled and very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Natalie!

The room was a double queen pet friendly and quite impressed by the large size of the room. Not impressed with no table and chairs to sit and eat at, had to sit on the edge of the bed. Couldn't get the room warm so had to ask for a space heater which did make it comfortable. This room was the farthest away from the pet area as possible which made for long walks first thing in the morning. Upon checking out I suggested maybe pet rooms closer and I was advised some rooms are under renovation and/or maintenance so might not be a normal thing. Overall our stay was very quiet, away from the traffic and every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

fantastic. was a phenomenal concierge. rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The food at fig is delicious. The hot tub and spa are excellent. highly rec.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are nice. The staff is great. The lady at the front, I believe her name was Susan. She helped resolve an issue through a third-party booking site, and the issue was my fault. She was incredible and was helpful on a level that I could not put into words. I will stay here every time I come down and visit, and recommend it any time someone asks.

The room was clean and spacious but offered no place to hang clothes. There were two of us using the room, and we were in town to attend meetings. We wore suits but since there was no place to hang clothes had to lay our clothes over a table. This did not keep them very fresh. I am not sure if this is room or service but a smoked Marijuana butt in the trash can. The trash bag had not been removed. We also found pizza and wing left in the fridge left by the previous occupants.
