Sara and Neva are awesome and I mean AWESOME!!! and Shawn is really nice but the rooms are a different story. Unfortunately they have bugs and the WIFI sucks and bring your own antenna for watching TV and good luck getting a refrigerator that works decent But it does have a pool that is actually open and enjoyable so overall I rate my stay there 2.5 stars.
August 10,2024 we got here around 8pm, I took a shower, my daughter and grandsons went swimming since it closed at 10pm. When they came from swimming my daughter decided to look for bed bugs, they were there. Room 209 I believe. Pulled the sheets back further and the mattress looked like someone died there. Big round splot about 10 inches. It was either blood or diarrhea. Other stains all over the mattress, checked the other bed and not as bad. Daughter went to talk to the office and they gave us a different room. We were on our way to Lake Isabella for a funeral and money is tight or we would have left and went to another hotel. With so many hotels in the few blocks there's no excuse for not maintaining your business. I have stayed in cheaper hotels and never have I stayed in such a disgusting place
We had car problems and were stuck here. My review is two fold, the staff was very helpful and accommodating to our problems. But the hotel is pretty sketchy. As shown in the photo the 5 channels of TV barely come in and others report cockroaches and luckily we didn't see any the night before it we wouldn't have been able to sleep but did find a dead one in the morning
My husband and brother in law, took a roadtrip to Arizona, on their way home on March 1, 2024, after driving 15 hours, they realized they needed sleep. They checked in at 9:30 pm, went to eat and came back to sleep. My brother in law saw blood spots on his pillow and my husbands bed had blood spots, at the foot of the bed. Most likely it was Bedbugs! They decided to check out at 11:30 pm. They told the guy about the blood and wasn’t even offered at refund. I called 6 times, 2 times to the manager Sarah, who never called me back and never did. I called the corporate complaint line and talked to 4 different workers, they were very nice and helpful but never got a call back from anyone. This place should be condemned. Garbage everywhere outside and 2 guys were caught trying to open the doors of our truck. Because of this experience, we will never go to a Red Lion hotel, motel or inn, EVER!
Not as advertised and was not a good experience. TRUST these reviews for this location not the "bznz" response. I would never recommend anyone for this location. I would have rather slept at a rest stop. My vehicle broke down, had to get lodging. Due to other dynamics this location was chosen. No phones in rooms. And they wanted to make a photo copy of all guests in room ID. Weird to me as well. Other rooms near me were being worked on. No remote in room, went to office. They asked me what kind of tv..idk. the given remote didn't work, they offered to change my room. I declined after chatting about what other rooms were available. Room needs all walls wiped down, has dirty wet hand marks on switches and walls with drawing/scribbles. Dirty sheets not fresh from last quest. Under bed wasn't cleaned, there was an empty water bottle/trash in room, I kicked it with my foot as I walked by the bed. Staff didn't seem to care about quality. THEY DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST OR COFFEE. I was so discouraged, I didn't ask if they indeed had wifi like Google says. 😐 don't trust the listed information. This location gave sketchy vibes and the parking lot is not independently lit. There are random people walking thru the parking lot at all hours. Locals here, at buisness locations won't even recommend this location. Don't waste your time or money.
