This is our 8th season. We love the park!! This is country living. Most everyone is friendly and helpful. Like anywhere you go there are always a couple that complain. The new activities director is super hands on. If you can't find friendly people and things to do, you're not looking.
We've stayed at 2 other Resorts and this isn't nothing but a campground. We've lived here almost 2 years and it's went downhill terribly. Management is a joke and has her click. Doesn't come out of office and her personality is terrible. Doesn't speak(unless you're part of her click) I have notified her numerous times about a gentleman at site W444 selling stuff out of his enclosed trailer(that's not supposed to be on lot PER THE RULES) he's also running a business out of his location( again by rules not supposed to) selling and repairing golf carts. I've mentioned to Management about more than 2 vechiles on sites along with boats, trailers(utility) that aren't supposed to be on sites (PER RULES) I asked if I could have an enclosed trailer on our lot and work on carts and was told no. Place is nice but the Management is terrible, unless you're in her little click. If whoever takes care of these reviews cared, maybe tgey would do something like to the guy at W444 running his golf cart repairt/sales out of his shed.Glad we're leaving and will not come back or refer anyone to this place.
Nice quiet place, no trouble and people are all friendly. One of my favorite campgrounds. The people in the office are great !
Large but friendly resort. We attended a comedy show at one pavilion and a wonderful musical Jam session at another
Great place with plenty of activities. Close to Tampa with lots of shopping in nearby towns
