Beautiful one way scenic drive through the park. Paved road so all cars will be fine. The whole drive takes about 15 minutes, but you will want to stop and hike or just stop at the viewpoints to see the scenery. Buy your pass im advance. 20 dollars to enter the park. 2 dollars extra if you pay at the entrance booth as opposed to purchasing a day pass online.
As many times I’ve driven through red rock Canyon. I’ve never taken advantage of the 13 mile red rock Canyon national Park scenic route one-way paved drive that’s in very good condition. Several outlooks to stop and take photos or if you’re real energetic hike the trails or you could even rock climb. People come from all around the world too climb the face of the sandstone which tower several hundred feet. The colors and the design are simply amazing. Stop at the lookout and take advantage of the scenery. Just outside Las Vegas it’s a short drive oot blue diamond Road to Highway 159. Highway 159 goes all the way from blue diamond to Summerlin. If you want to get out and see the site, this is truly a sight to see.
It's been 30 years since I visited. I'm really happy to see the improvements they've made. They now have a visitor center, as well as paved parking lots, in case you want to do some hiking. I highly recommend this scenic loop through the base of the mountains. It's a short drive from the strip to the edge of town and it's only $2 per car. It doesn't take that long to drive the loop either. Always beautiful!
Great scenic drive experience at the Red Rock Canyon. I loved the nature’s beauty here. Great landscape and stunning view. Lots of Parking spots to stop by and enjoy the view. You can trek there as well.
Went to Red Rock scenic drive straight from the airport and honestly was a good idea to start our Vegas trip! You can park on each designated parking spots every stop and go on a mini hike/walk. The drive was so amazing and just beautiful. Exit right at Summerlin and opted to play golf at Angel Park.
