We really enjoyed this campground and the hosts were very helpful and kept the bathroom stocked/clean. We had about 25 people using 2 sites and had a great time! Good fishing within walking distance. Close enough to the dam & the put in for floating the River. Spectacular views and my favorite place to stay in the narrows.
This campground is really beautiful. The views of the rocks in the canyon and the river are amazing. Depending on which site you have you can have unobstructed riverfront views. Be warned though- it is in a tsunami zone! They have pit toilets, picnic tables, fire rings, and a fishing dock. It isn't very far away from the reservoir either if you want to spend some time up there as well.
A great place to get away from the city. Had fun kayaking the river. Beautiful scenery!
Redpoint Campground is a great place to camp when you plan to float the river. You are about at the halfway point between the top put-in and where you stop and get out. So it's easy to get to either places from here. You can also put in the river from the Campground and float just half. There were plenty of trees for shade and it's nice to have a bathroom. All in all it's a great spot.
Awesome spot! Fishing, camping, kayaking or just floating. Get there early there aren't many spots.
