Great hotel, yummy breakfast, clean rooms. Klamath is a very small town, it surprised us to have a large chain hotel! Glad that this is here. They also have a grill attached to the building which was nice to go for dinner. The only downside is no hot tub, even though they do have a pool.
Very nice hotel and casino. The rooms are super nice, the bed was ultra soft, and the room was very clean. The water pressure and temperature was perfect. Breakfast was yummy. They had bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, Bagels, fresh hot cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, tea and milk.
The hotel was clean and modern, staff was friendly, continental breakfast was top notch. Great location in the middle of several excellent state parks, beaches and natural areas. Casino is small but clean, well lit and "quite".
Average hotel in an above average location. It's a little close to Hwy 101 so rooms on that side experience a little noise. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful except for one particular breakfast hostess...you should steer clear of her.
Great service and location, best place to stay by the Redwoods. However, the refrigerator in our room was unplugged when we arrived. Once we got it powered up and cooled down, it sounded possessed. Upon leaving the following morning at 5am the elevator was out of service. Carrying the luggage and cooler down all the stairs was not fun. Casino will be glad to take all your money too.
