My family of 6 people & 2 pups stayed here for 5 weeks. This is the best hotel experience we've ever had. The staff is kind, respectful, attentive, caring, communicative & professional. Every day, our dogs were offered treats, affection & attention by the front desk attendants. The facility is welcoming, spacious & clean. The lobby & outdoor grill areas are great spaces to spend time with friends or enjoy a book. All of the guests we meet were happy. We had a spectacular view of the Old Mill. I glanced out the window & caught a drone light show. There's a nice grassy area to enjoy a stroll with your dogs. The front desk is manned 24/7. Our suite had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a king bed, two queens & a sleeper couch. The kitchen came with everything we needed; dishwasher, stove, disposal, dishes, etc. Should you wish to attend a concert, movie or go shopping, the Old Mill shopping center is about a block away. Yet, we never heard outside noise from within the hotel. Being so close to live concerts was a concern as I get migraines. We were impressed with how quiet the facility is. With a restaurant, grill, gym, pool, hot tub, & fully stocked kitchen, you don't need to leave the premises to enjoy yourself. The pool is indoor, so you can enjoy it even when it's snowing. At breakfast, you'll find plenty of options. The staff continuously replenishes the food & maintains a clean space. We never had trouble locating a parking space. They care about safety & security. During our stay, the smoke detectors & fire alarm were tested. All of the entrances except for the lobby entrance require key card access. I highly recommend Residence Inn by Marriott!
Many added FEES!! This hotel charges $12/car/night for parking, $20/dog/night, a non-refundable $75 cleaning fee for your pets. Fine if you are aware prior to booking but super annoying when you arrive and are blindsided as it’s not easy or clear online when booking.
My wife and I recently visited Bend and stayed at the Residence Inn. It really exceeded our expectations. Very nice and clean rooms, good views, and great complimentary breakfast. And the cherry on the cake was a free room upgrade upon check-in. Looking forward to going back to cozy Bend!
Stayed here for one night and walked to the Hayden Amphitheater for a concert. The location is perfect. It was very convenient, clean, with helpful staff. We used the pool and hot tub (also clean) and the gym, which had some free weights and benches along with new treadmills. View of the river and Old Mill from 4th floor was an unexpected bonus! Overnight parking was $17, but not a deal breaker.
I’ve stayed here for both work and fun. This hotel has the perfect location, great rooms and the very best staff. Everyone from the front desk, cleaning crew, maintenance and breakfast staff are always smiling and helpful.
