Residence Inn Boston Foxborough

I got a room for my husband and I so I could surprise him for his birthday. Staff was very friendly and nice .There was dry pee on the front of the toilet which okay easily mistaken cleaned it myself no big deal. But When we went to shower before check out we noticed a string light thing coming out of the vent light in the bathroom, my Husband got out to take A better look at it and I took pictures of it. There was a dead mouse. I am highly upset and disappointed. That was absolutely disgusting and I either want a free stay at a different location for residence Inn or I want my money back. Not happy with our stay

I travel a lot, for both business and pleasure, and this is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was wonderful, especially the Director of Sales Jennifer. The location is great, and easy to get to; the employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area.

Stayed here in July 2024 and finally getting around to a review. That’s how awesome the staff is here….had to make it a priority to leave some love! Amazing staff. We were in town during a busy week for them bc of a concert. We can in for my son’s 10th bday to take him to supercharged entertainment. Well, I make all his bday cakes and I forgot the mixer. The manager actually went out and bought us one!!! Bought a mixer for me to use! Incredible. And, in the lobby there was a happy birthday banner strung up! A fantastic experience with warm and friendly staff. Small town feel even though it’s a chain hotel. Also, very quiet and tucked away location but still easy access to everything. Loved it.

Stayed there last night. Booked the hotel through hopper. When I went to my bank account to check my account like usual I noticed this place charged me again another 130 then immediately refunded me knowing that they double charged me. Did not call me to let me know this issue and charged me 1 dollar after that don’t know why, after I already payed in advance. I will say the room was nice and the amenities were okay but some of the staff were very unfriendly. I will not be staying there again.

Great location if you are hitting up a Patriots game at Gillette like we were or wanting to spend time at Patriots Place. It was also an easy drive to the Logan Express to fly out of Logan. The rooms are old-feeling, but functional. Great suite w two bedrooms, family room and kitchen. There is only one elevator so if you have anyone in your party that has difficulty walking and it breaks- that is an issue if you can’t stay on the 1st floor. (There were no rooms available on the first floor when we checked in.) There were a couple of housekeeping issues with the room but Michael and the rest of the staff rectified the situation quickly. Michael went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the courteous and attentive staff and breakfast each morning. The heated pool was nice too. Would stay here again!
