I booked the Residence Inn Holland for guests to stay that were attending my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Since I am an out-of-towner myself, I spent a few weekends in Holland checking out the various hotels and what they offered. I was so glad that I found this hidden gem! This hotel has recently been refurbished and was perfect in every way! The rooms were extremely clean and very large; free hot breakfast; and a common area that was perfect for our guests to gather without disturbing any of the other guests. I cannot say enough about the staff and how accommodating and professional they were. Sharon helped booked the wedding block and went above and beyond in accommodating each and everyone of our guests. Everyone raved about the staff and how accommodating they were. I would highly recommend the Residence Inn Holland for business or pleasure!!

Exceptional customer service from every staff member. We were particularly grateful for Sharon’s assistance during some reservation changes we needed to make. The 2 bedroom was very spacious and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Sharon & Josie are amazing! Their customer service is fantastic! They NEED a raise! Sharon made sure that our mom had a ADA room because she has a wheel chair and even walked around the rooms to find a bench so my mom could shower safely. They could not find one that night but by the morning we had a bench for showering. Josie her customer service was great. She was polite, friendly , happy and made sure the food was always filled. Whatever question I had she answered and was patient! ThankYou guys for making my experience so great! I will come back and stay here next time for sure. ❤️please give them both a raise for being so helpful! I got the best sleep of my life here! It was SO QUIET! I couldn’t hear anything! I was so happy! The continental breakfast was awesome as well! The tornados were my ABSOLUTE favorite.

Service was amazing. The rooms were awesome. Having one large tv between the living room and bedroom was such a great idea. The bed was comfy. The location is in a business park but very close to restaurants. Will definitely be back!!!

Amazing!! Amazing staff, amazing breakfast, clean rooms! No complaints. We have stayed here a total of 5 times this far and will continue to return.
