Residence Inn North Conway

The service of all the employees at this location was phenomenal! The front desk, maintenance people and the breakfast service people were all amazing. They were super accommodating and responsive to the guests/our needs. The rooms were a little dated but they were clean. The complimentary breakfast and s’more kits were great for the kids. The central location was convenient to restaurants and amenities . Will definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal Marriott property, perfectly located in the heart of North Conway convenient to all points of interest for everyone. The service is unparalleled to almost any other Marriott, with a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival, with every aspect Elite appreciation. As a Titanium we received two upgrades to both of our rooms, a personal hand written card, water and they front desk team extended every possible greeting each time we passed through. The housekeeping team is amazing as well, the rooms were very well cleaned, and we did not even need to request service, as they took care of both rooms even later in the day. We just wanted to thank everyone here, for making us feel at home and creating a wonderful experience to start our New Year.

I really liked this hotel, nothing luxurious but a lovely genuine welcome and a room that was spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed and lounge. Breakfast was very basic but the staff were lovely. Great location next to shops, bars, supermarket and near North Conway. We would return..

The real highlight is the people, here they go above and beyond for their guests. Room was absolutely phenomenal and spacious with amazing amenities and the breakfast was delicious. A special shout out to Nicole who went the extra mile again and again to make our stay special. Can't wait to stay again!!

The amount of money we spent on the room for one night the room should have been spotless. Felt dirty and dated. Other people’s hair scattered throughout the room, stains on the bed skirt, dirt in every corner. I expect more from a Marriott will not be staying here again. Plenty of newer hotels in the area that I'm sure keep up with basic housekeeping.
