Superior service and an extremely high quality property. Thanks to Jack we were checked in quickly and graciously. He even went out of his way to help me sign up for Marriott Bonvoy. If I could give those hotel ten stars I would just based off of his service alone!

Stayed at this hotel from 12/26 to 12/29. Although the hotel was nice, the management seems to be lacking. The staff at the counter was great. There were issues with connecting to the internet from the room and the gym. I informed the front desk on 12/ 27 and 12/28, and it was never fixed. Apparently, there were others that had complained about the issue as well. When I was checking out, I informed the manager, and she did not even appear to know anything about it, and when she looked in the pass down log, she discovered the two complaints I had filed. She then said that the person trouble shooting the issue had stated that the TV was working, and maybe they misunderstood that it was the TV and not the connection. Another issue is that the hotel is next to the 69 freeway, and you can hear the Semi's downshifting. If you don't mind a little noise, it's not too bad. In addition, they charge $7 for parking, although I did not see it in the search. Parking is very limited and only 2 lights work in front of the entrance. Anything away from the entrance is dark. Although, it seems to be a safe area, it just shows the lack of attention to detail. Gym is decent, they have an outdoor pool, grills, breakfast, and fire pit and computer area. Not having a streaming device sucked because we went out there to check out the area and had a lot of downtime and it was too cold to use the pool.

So they don't have the awful auto turn-off fridges (which means the fridges are actually food handling safe) unlike many Marriotts. They charge $7 for parking but were out of parking passes when I checked in. . . and the laundry room was closed for renovations which led to a lot of confusion when they tried to arrange housekeeping to do guest laundry. . . and I checked out because all the laundromats close at like 6p in town. I also kept getting out bills and my credit card was pending $610, so I ended up calling the hotel which is how I found out apparently the imaginary parking pass that I paid for, was to stop from being towed (which is also imaginary), granted I would have been livid if the hotel I'm paying $240 a night to stay at, towed my rental car while I was traveling for work. I feel like there's better hotels or accommodation but whatever.
