The staff is excellent, very nice, and super helpful. But the breakfast fell way short of expectations from any Marriott hotel. Everything looked and tasted like frozen food heated up. No typical waffle making facilities. Terrible breakfast overall. First room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke. We changed rooms and the second room was nice but could be better. Sofa had holes and rips and office chair had food crumbs and was dirty. Needs serious improvement in room quality and cleaning.
This is one Residence Inn I did not have to rewash the dishes before using them. Everything is squeaky clean. They are dog friendly. Staff is very accommodating! Very nice stay.
The staff are friendly, the breakfast is very much appreciated and it's included with the price of your room. I was put up here as a convince from my Apt. Owners when we had a plumbing flooded kitchen. I am very grateful
Great Hotel. Ive been a marriot resident dozens of times ove the past 2 decades and this residence inn is great. Clean, quiet, spacious, and amazing breakfast and coffee free in the morning. More people should stay here. Its a few minutes from the pier but you dont have to deal with the parking and noise like staying near the pier. Great for families.
Far from i5 and good restaurants but it was quiet. Worse problem was that there was not enough hot water in shower or sink .
