Our room was clean, the hotel was very nice. Location wasn't ideal to the beach. It is a pet friendly hotel and there was a dog barking constantly. We checked out after the first night because of it. The hotel staff were friendly and kind.
Wonderful service. Super friendly staff Great prices Two bedroom suite with kitchen and living room and two bathrooms and pullout couch was awesome. Hot tub and pool and basketball court. Amazing breakfast. I will be back. The lady was nice on phone and in person. Lyza. Soo nice. Welcoming on the phone and in person. That’s what brought us to this place. She was so welcoming on the phone.
The hotel was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was very roomy. The only thing I had a problem with is that a personal item came up missing two days to us checking it. I called the front desk and they stated that they would check with housekeeping. I called again that night and no one knew what I was talking about. Long story short I called once I got back home and they still had not found it. So after a few hours they called and said they found it and we would have to pay for shipping. I think not. The housekeeping department took something from room by mistake but it is still the hotel responsibility. Needless to say, they shipped the item and no cost to us. Please make sure you know all the items you have in your room.
