Residence Inn St. Petersburg Tierra Verde

Amazing experience at the Residence Inn Tierra Verde! The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar / restaurant is a great place to wind down with beautiful sunsets and views. The rooms are well equipped and quiet- very comfortable bed, beautiful walk in shower and the balcony added a true ‘vacation feel.’ I would highly recommend to anyone who loves the beach (Fort deSoto), boating, marina and great restaurant next door, with live entertainment. I will be back!!!

We are holding our wedding room block here. Nicole Garcia, Director of Sales is amazing to work with! She has been so helpful and kind, excellent customer service. Thank you to her! The rooms are updated, clean, and has so much space. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic.

The rooms were exceptional and the hotel was extremely clean. But really this review is about the employee named Joe and the manager. I believe her name was Penny. I have a toddler and a nine month old baby and booked a one bedroom suite for the weekend so that my daughters could sleep in separate spaces. When my family went to check in it turns out that there was a glitch in the computer that overbooked the suites in the hotel for the weekend. So when I got to the hotel, Joe told me that I was in a traditional studio hotel room. I felt extremely overwhelmed at the thought of having my two kids sleep In one room without any divider and Joe and Penny went above and beyond to accommodate my family. There are many hotels that have nice clean rooms, but not many hotels that have employees such as these two that will go above and beyond for their guests. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed some features about this hotel, but there were some inconveniences during my stay. The appearance and aesthetic of the hotel was really nice. The hotel itself and surrounding area is beautiful! I enjoyed the pool, the gym, the rooftop lounge/bar, and the restaurant next door. The views from the hotel were beautiful. I loved that it was close to the beach but also close to downtown St Petersburg. I did not like that the complimentary breakfast had the same food options everyday. At some point during my stay the air conditioning in my room stopped working and I was asked to pack up my things and switch rooms at 10pm at night. The very next day, the key to my room randomly stopped working so I had to go back down to the lobby to get another key. One of the guests on my floor allowed their cat to urinate in the hallway. And lastly, I was denied the option for a late check out. So I would say my stay was pretty good with some bad points.

Very nice hotel, people that work there are very nice & make you feel right at home! I highly recommend Residence Inn Tierra Verde, Florida. The complimentary breakfast is really good. Rooms are very clean, and again, the staff is very helpful & friendly!
